General Terms of Use (GTU)
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Article 1: Scope
These general terms of use (GTU) govern the use of the online service Reserveo.ch (hereinafter referred to as "Reserveo"). Any use of the service implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
Article 2: Description of the service
Reserveo is an online platform that allows professionals to manage their appointments and schedules through a booking system accessible to their clients. The service includes features such as appointment scheduling, client file management, reminders, and the creation of SMS or email marketing campaigns using artificial intelligence. Unless otherwise stated (trial period or promotion), use of Reserveo requires a paid subscription.
Article 3: Use of the Reserveo.ch service
Access to Reserveo is reserved for professionals. The user agrees to offer services that comply with current regulations and to honor appointments made via the platform. Reserveo prohibits the dissemination of defamatory, offensive, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise illegal content. Violation of this rule may result in the suspension or deletion of the user's account.
Article 4: Payment terms
Article 4.1: Prices and invoicing
The current rates are published on the Reserveo website. Subscription payments are made in advance monthly. Any price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
Article 4.2: Additional services
Additional services, such as SMS sending and AI usage, are offered to users. These services operate on a credit system, allowing users to pay only for actual usage. Users can top up their credit at any time via the Reserveo management interface. If credits run out, access to the relevant services will be suspended until the account is replenished.
Article 4.3: Payment methods
Payments are made via Stripe, allowing transactions with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Twint. The user accepts Stripe’s terms for all transactions.
Article 4.4: Cancellation and refunds
No refunds will be issued after the subscription period begins. Early termination does not entitle the user to a refund of already paid periods.
Article 5: Renewal and termination
The user can enable or disable automatic renewal from the client interface, but this option is enabled by default. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the expiration date. Cancellation must be notified by email or through the client interface. In case of non-payment at due date, Reserveo may suspend service access after 15 days.
Article 6: Data protection
Reserveo is committed to protecting users’ data in accordance with applicable laws. Data is securely hosted and is neither sold nor used for commercial purposes by Reserveo. The user remains responsible for the processing of their clients’ personal data and must ensure compliance with regulations.
Article 7: Liability
Reserveo implements all reasonable means to ensure the quality and availability of its service. However, the user acknowledges that the service may be interrupted for various reasons, including maintenance, updates, technical issues, or other internal or external causes. Reserveo is not liable for the consequences of such interruptions, nor for any related costs, losses, or damages. Use of Reserveo is at the user's sole risk. Any errors due to mishandling, misconfiguration, or service changes are not the responsibility of Reserveo. Furthermore, Reserveo cannot intervene in user-client relationships and is not liable for disputes arising from bookings made through the platform.
Article 8: Force majeure and unilateral termination
In cases of force majeure, Reserveo’s obligations may be suspended. Reserveo also reserves the right to terminate a subscription at any time, with a prorated refund for unused periods.
Article 9: Governing law and disputes
These GTU are governed by Swiss law, regardless of the client's country. In case of dispute and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those in the canton of Fribourg.
Article 10: Changes to the general conditions
Reserveo reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. Users will be informed of changes via the website or email. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the modifications.
Article 11: Contact
For any questions or complaints regarding these terms, users may contact Reserveo at info@reserveo.ch.
